You might not get higher IQ, but if you don't get proper nutrition as a child, your development could get affected and thus you end up getting lower IQ than expected
Example is that there was a survey in the Philippines where they tested the development and intelligence of children from poor/farmers, lower class and middle class families as they aged. As infants, they had comparable development quotinent, but as they aged, there were signs of a discrepancy in IQ among the children. At age of 12, the middle class children had an average IQ of 97, the lower class had an IQ of 92, and the absolute dirt poor children(scavengers, street children etc) had IQs ranging in 50-70s.
