obviously drinking just water will not kill someone.
medicines that actually work are to be taken in small doses because they are very potent. drinking a gallon of any of them would be a massive overdose and would kill you.

this doesnt mean homeopathy is any good, in fact the fact that you can have a gallon of something which is supposed to have a medical effect and you NOT die, indicates that it doesnt actually work at all.
