See this photo? They're images from DoD spy stuff. The photos were taken after a NASA employee went around a female Admin's approval. She flat out rejected the DoD's offering many times. Once she learned of what her employees did she launched an investigation over people subverting her authority.

She's like that Cop who tried to throw a fire fighter into jail when he was trying to do CPR on a woman and couldn't move his truck, but the cop wanted it moved out of the way.
