Is there some set policy that we will leave it the fuck alone if we manage to get out there and pass by it? I mean even shit we could fly now could get out there and pass it. And since its slowing, would we ever pass by and give it a nudge to speed it back up?

Shit like Voyager and Pioneer probes will be tourist traps in the future, everyone will fly by and take pictures "Kids, wave to what we thought would be our first message to another species".

I can see a ship tailing it, set up like a tourist shop. You dock and get on, and at one window theres a scope with a great view of it just a few miles ahead, and a museum dedicated to our earlier idiocies.

Teenagers in the future will go and steal pieces off of old probes and satellites or put graffiti all over them.
