Gödel's incompleteness theorem is fucking weird

>professor writes theorem
>the word "path" comes up
>starts to stare at the floor, muttering to himself
>"yeah.. maybe piecewise C^2 is enough"
>"No wait, piecewise C^3 because we have to do this and that.."
>"Well in practise everything is C^inf but you know !"
>this goes on for about 3 minutes
>starts to write down the proof
>realizes he has forgotten how to proceed
>starts thinking about how to finish
>this goes on for another 3 minutes
>the class can clearly see the set of lecture notes *that he has written and printed* on his desk with the proof on it
