So who is right? Are only a small group of people (survivorship bias) able to find a way to follow their passion in a way that makes them happy?

It's a good show. Not very information dense (compared to say, a textbook) but that's true of any popular science. It *is*, however, very inspiration dense (compared to say, a textbook).

Also the samurai face crabs is bullshit, but it was given as an example of a valid process, so we'll let that slide.
