You can technically strap a fleshlight onto the tool mount of a relatively cheap baxter automation bot, write some software plugins and have it jack you off and it would qualify as a sexbot.

Of course it makes more sense to clad it in lifelike texture before and give VR goggles displaying a hot woman instead of picrelated, but the tech is pretty much here already to some extent.

Of course you really want something like the atlas robot in smaller format with soft skin, but that's still a million dollar prototype level robot.
