Agency HR kicked me out of the applicant pool for a job again. Cited minimum requirements not being met, I definitely meet them. They did the same thing when I was originally hired and I had to appeal to get put back in the pool. Why can’t these STEMless chuds stay in their own lane and let the hiring managers decide if they want to offer a candidates an interview?
