you are right, we do live in a society that is ruled by overstimulation. Social media, the internet, and ESPECIALLY fucking internet porn ruin our brains. But even if you do have ADHD, there is a lot you can do without meds to manage it and be the best version of yourself
>reduce screentime (do you NEED social media?)
>QUIT internet porn and junk food
>take a high quality fish oil supplement, "nordic naturals liquid" on amazon helped me a lot, and the highest review there is an ADHD guy saying it helped his. Its on the expensive side but its the only supplement that i have felt ever actually helped me. picrel
>running. Lot of people manage to quit their ADHD meds because running was just as effective in helping with focus and wellbeing.

Work hard Anon. You can do this! It's not over for you. I know how hard it is, I know it's been dark times, but you can fight your way out into the light. I believe in you man.

Fish oil is the only thing that I've ever felt a notable cognitive benefit from, but specifically this liquid brand. It's expensive, but it's well worth it IMO. Helps a lot with my focus and I feel a bit more energetic. Friend of mine with depression said it helped a lot with his. picrel
