I'm starting a lab rotation in 2 months and its primarily data science stuff. My instructor told me I should learn the basics of Python 3 and how to work with data sets to prepare for the rotation. I figured I would do code academy to learn the basics and then work on a small project related to data science, the problem is I don't really know what to work on or where to get data sets to practice. Anyone have experience in this field?
