So I'm waiting for a bus, and a guy says:

Okey so this guy must have been in my class six years ago when I was at UBC's Okanagan campus. I don't remember him at all. He's pretty fat so maybe he's gained a lot of weight since then. He's also got some sores on his face like junkies have and his hair is long and unwashed.

Who the fuck are those people? Were they in my class too, that was six fucking years ago. "No I haven't seen them" I answer.

The guy just goes on for twenty minutes about shit from that one year in the Okanagan I completely forgot about. He's getting more and more worked up. I can hear the depression in his voice. Finally I ask him what he's been up to.

He's deliberately being vague, like he doesn't want to tell me anything. I start trying to ignore him.
