Touch screens seem like such a horrible interface for something that you drive. From a purely practical standpoint, if I lived in an American city and used my car to commute on a highway every day, I'd probably get a Tesla, since being able to put it on autocruise seems very convenient. But I don't particularly want to mess with a big touch screen. From that viewpoint, Teslas do nothing for me as a carfag. So if I wanted to get a car that I actually enjoy, I'd be inclined to get something else. From purely a utility standpoint, a Tesla would seem pretty good though. The rapid acceleration is probably pretty fun though
