Actually he does. Homosexuals in other species do not generally reproduce and therefore, their homosexual genes are not passed on. Hermaphrodites such as barnacles do not count- they do exhibit homosexual behavior, they only possess both sex organs and can use either depending on the situation, and barnacles always pick the correct organ to sexually reproduce.
