The logic is all 100% sound. Basically, a unique soul cannot exist. That is all the proof was. If you still want to claim a "soul" it must be non-unique.

The only defintion needed for the proof is "uniqueness" of the soul. It proves a "unique" soul cannot exist, given everything we know about modern medical science. You can still say you have a "soul", you just cant say it is unique.

I have a "field" as the fundemntal concept. The field can wave (property of field). However, there are certain cases where the field contracts so much, it looks like a delta distribution, hence a "particle" appears. This is the wave-particle duality. This explains the double-slit experiment perfectly. I do not need to invoke QM interpretations, all I need to to is use QFT.
