Women are genetic chimera with XX cells some having dominate first X and some second X.
Skin appearance is can be dependent on random cell arrangement, freckles on identical twins are NOT in the same location.

You COULD end up with an identical looking person (as identical as identical twins) but most likely the clone would like like a sibling.
