If Dyson Spheres are so great, why don't we put on around the molten centre of earth and harness the energy?

I'm pretty late to the party, but hollow earth always seemed to me way more interesting than flat earth

since everyone on this particular theory's websites are stupid nutbags. ive come here hoping you are not all stupid nutbags.

recently i came across an interesting theory that was demonstrated to be possible through some experimentation. but has NOT been proved.

the theory explains that the earth may be hollow, along with every other planet in our solar system (except the ones made of pretty much pure gas)

holes at the north and south pole of the planet would allow us to go inside the planet, where a second surface would be. in other words, there would be more land masses below the earth's surface.

the theory also says the centre of gravity is not at the center of the earth, but 400 miles below the earths surface. and that on the other 400 mile side (the inside of the earth) there is more land masses, water. and life.

now i think this theory is a little bit crazy. and im to lazy to google this crazy theory any longer.

please note i do not completely believe this theory. im just to lazy to diss-prove it myself and id like to prove to myself that not everyone everywhere is fucking stupid.

since this is /sci/ (science) i would like to see all the "scientists" on this website diss-prove this theory. you have 3 hours.

as valid as the hollow earth theory

The deepest drill into the earth has been a petty 7.5 miles, there is no physical proof of a magma core:

"To the surprise of the researchers, they did not find the expected transition from granite to basalt at 3-6 kilometers beneath the surface. Data had long shown that seismic waves travel significantly faster below that depth, and geologists had believed that this was due to "basement" of basalt. Instead, the difference was discovered to be a change in the rock brought on by intense heat and pressure, or metamorphic rock. Even more surprisingly, this deep rock was found to be saturated in water which filled the cracks. Because free water should not be found at those depths, scientists theorize that the water is comprised of hydrogen and oxygen atoms which were squeezed out of the surrounding rocks due to the incredible pressure. The water was then prevented from rising to the surface because of the layer of impermeable rocks above it."

Yeah..incredible pressure squeezing hydrogen and oxygen atoms out of surrounding rocks, sure thing. Guess you can find out for sure if you drill deeper, what do you have to lose, scientists? Only..wait that's right..nobody wants to do a big drilling like that again, hmm, I wonder why.

You'd be able to walk on the inner surface

OMFG /sci/ ! /sci/ !! There's a fucking miniature planet below the crust of the Earth /sci/ !

The tectonic plates are floating on a lava ocean alright, but that lava ocean is held by a diamond hollow sphere which is in turn supported by giant pillars made of carbon nanotubes (which is how seismic waves still propagate).

This is consistent with ALL geological observations, so don't tell me I'm high (I don't do drugs), trolling, wtfamireading or whatever bullshit you usually spout when someone can finally afford some skepticism towards the artist impressions of geology textbooks you BLINDLY accepted.
