How fucked am I for study abroad/grad school apps?

I'm seriously trying my hardest to get away from this garbage LAC and get to ENS
I've already established myself as one of the best students on this campus in my first year and started getting involved with senior courses and organizations because I'm that bored and unfulfilled
Would Math in Budapest go far on my resume?

Long story short my grades are all great apart from the autumn term, where I barely scraped 2:1s. They are great afterwards. The reason for this in my opinion was depression, I was coming to terms with what seems to be permanent estrangement from my abusive family which made me very upset and unable to study/focus. Does this sound like a valid excuse?
