Not one could disprove the hypothesis that time would not shift at 2 far off points in the universe. Atomic clocks still have mechanisms subject to gravity like everything else. This is what gives the appearance of altered time. Gravitational fields do not control or alter real time. Another arguement: If I had a powerful enough zoom camera one whole lightyear away and was on a distant moon there looking at earth, seeing someone shooting hoops I WOULD SEE THE MOTHERFUCKER SHOOT HOOPS IN REAL TIME!! Spacetime altered time believers would say I would only see the past or present in whole months or more rather than that instant.......BULLSHIT!!

Time is a quantity unrestrained from gravity. It is merely a sci fi trope. A digital clock at point A in the universe will share the same time with time passed as one at point B many lightyears away.
