OP it`s a verry good philosophical question you made.
I`m sure a lot of people here recognize this quistion they once asked themselve.

I often refer to this dilemma when i face people trying to force me in thinking i should have know/understand something.

"know?, i know almost nothing for sure, not oven if this (i point to something red) is red."

Because that`s is just how sceptics should think.

If you can't prove or disprove that all the non-trivial zeroes of the Riemann Zeta function have real part one-half then you don't know SHIT about science and need to GTFO
