IIRC There was a massive dip in pollution and CO2 during the covid lockdowns. To the point there were memes about nature healing and wild animals returning. So maybe we should bring back some of that?
>enforce WFH-only policy for all jobs applicable
>all schooling done online at home (except important tests)
>close down places like movie theaters, golf courses, sports stadiums etc.
>incentivise delivering food directly to people's door (hell, make a government organization akin to the postal service)
>make it harder to eat-in at restaurants
