If you had to live on a celestial body with ISS type conditions for the rest of your life, which would it be. Ignore the physics of how you would get an ISS to stabily orbit Jupiter, just assume it's possible. If you choose a terrestrial world, it can be an orbital station or a ground station, and ocean worlds CAN be under the ice. SOLAR SYSTEM ONLY, I'm going to picrel

Miranda is unique but too small for my tastes. Umbriel is my favorite because of how dark if is, very cool moon that absorbs light and isnt too too tiny. That little ice cap at the pole is a nice touch

Does Starship put a possible Uranus or Neptune orbiter in sight? If you only really need to focus on cost or the orbiter to design while SpaceX takes care of launch for cheap, then whats to stop a rich college like Harvard from making an orbiter then sending it out there with a highly reduced cost? Colleges dont really care about anything except prestige, so if you were the college to supply almost all data known on Uranus, its moons and more which could be used to base on all ice giant exoplanets, then that would be a good reason to go for a Uranus/Neptune probe right?
