And it sounds as if they push opioids to those who came for marijuana, as it literally happened when young russia began to fight drugs in the 90s (those who used to sell weed suddenly began to sell heroin to the cannabis users the same moment government started their campaign vihr-antidrug as for many years they approve opioids even for mild non-threatening allergies, and most countries still don't allow canabis to their citizens, even though few years ago un declassified it giving hope that soon all local clerks catch up
