Bill Gaede made the fatal mistake of not reading/understanding all of Kens works, he even admits to not even reading the entire book. He then proceeds to make THE SAME FUCKING ARGUMENTS THAT KEN DOES while at the same time claiming that Ken never brings up nor defines his terms. He is misinformed/ill informed and he should have just left it be instead of advertising for free.
