Any major part of reddit is total shit. Infact, the sites core ethos are fundamentally sycophantic circlejerking.

Look at the kind of discussion /pol/ has - 1/15th of your entire content has an OP thread with "jews" or "niggers" in the archive as it's very opening post. It's not that I'm offended by it, it's that the kind of people who take up such a sizeable portion of your board (if that many are starting threads like that - how many are posting?) are idiots, there is no way around it. There may be bright people on /pol/, I'm sure there are a few; but they would constitute such an tiny minority that it's hardly a surprise that EVERY board hates your crossboarders.
