So, some peoples Intelligence for example, is more developed on some kids than on others, the kids that are less intelligent may even grow their intelligence later and then are more intelligent than the more intelligent kids earlier. Im wondering now, that an early development of puberty would also mean an earlier development of intelligence?

As an example, a 14 year old that already is in puberty, hair etc, deep voice and a 14 year old that is not yet fully in puberty. When both are 20 the second 14 year old may get another boost that overtakes the other ones intelligence and matureness.

Can puberty be somehow related to this?
