I don't exactly know how to explain this...

But I have a problem where I'm trying to figure out how an application I have used would determine the probability of an event happening within a given time.

For every 30 million oscillations per second, the probability that a certain event would happen would be set to 10 years.

So by this, it's safe to say that an increase to 60 million oscillations per second would bring that probability time down to 5 years.

Now, I'm trying to figure out how many oscillations per second would it take to bring that probability down to 2 minutes.
