Not in my experience. I'm at Cornell right now, and almost all of the students who went to private and/or religious schools are more beta around females than those from coed public schools. They don't seem to know much about how to approach dating in an educational setting. Their entire experience with interacting with girls was limited to occasional events with a girl's school. It is however true that they are a bit better at competition with other men because they learned how without having to resort to attempting to impress their peers by banging as many girls as possible.
