A bottle of concentrated aqueous sulfuric acid, labeled 98.0 wt% H2SO4, has a concentration of 18.0 M.
How many milliliters of reagent should be diluted to 1.600 L to give 2.00 M H2SO4?

My solution:
2M= x/1.6L -> x= 3.2mol.
18M= 3.2mol/v -> v= 3.2mol/18M -> v= .178L = 17.8mL.

What am I doing wrong? According to the website, this is not the correct answer. Thanks.
