Useless gesture, they can just use different phrases of the same words or the same terms in a different languages just to bypass the ban.

Instead of saying "science based" you can just say "secundum scientiam" and be okay because Latin terminology is utilized in law and medical documents anyway. It'll just be one more phrase to add to the pile.

And if he's retarded enough to challenge the use of Latin terminology then he'll have both the law and medical community on his back.
