Government schooling was designed to raise a strong and obedient working class as well as a deep pool of dead-end futured young men to feed a large military.

When you play on the global field you need to design your way to success. Manipulating culture through the controlled teaching of youth is common practice.

The two party system is an illusion of choice. Who controls the children control the future and the last biggest change was a nationwide curriculum overhaul called "No Child Left Behind" pushed through by Bush that forced all schools and teachers to run off of the same script. The only good teachers go against the rules and try to fit their own curriculum around it.

Home school and maybe barely private school is the only way to change the future. Well, and talking to people as a reasonable human being.
