Does anyone have any idea how hard it is to get into Harvard Physics grad school?

Im from Massachusetts so aside from it being a very thought of school it would be my first choice.

Right now im going into my sophomore year of Uni and im just trying to get as much research experience as I can. Is there anything else I should try and do to give myself the best chance?

I passed up free tuition + room and board + books here (though I'm getting pretty good financial aid at Harvard). Did I fuck up?

How do I get into Harvard or any other elite college to study physics?

I'm a brown high schooler in the Netherlands with above average grades.

What are they looking for?

Also what uni's around the world are really good for studying theoretical physics (and astronomy)?

I will be doing the ACT next month and I have almost got my Certificate of Advanced English (Cambridge)
