>Electrical force doesn't exist

Nope. The electric force is fundamental, because the electric change is fundamental

>There's just magnetism and relativity.

Nope. There is no such thing as a fundamental force of magnetism. All magnetism fundamentally has to come from electric charges and relativity. There is no other way to create it.

>how about we go with the proper and widely accepted nomenclature and call it electro-magnetism?

Because it is misleading. The term "electromagnetism" was developed when we thought electricity and magnetism were on equal footing. We now know they are not, but we kept the term anyway because of convention. However, all fundamental terminology since then has dropped the word "magnetic.
