Is there any hard proof that Life could form naturally out of chemicals interacting under the influence of electricity and radiation? Why hasn't this kind of environment replicated in a lab scenario ever given rise to simple forms of Life?

Considering the tendency everywhere is for entropy to increase (things to get less complex), isn't it illogical to assume that Life (increased complexity) could form "by itself"? We would need other examples of self-organizing complexity other than in biology to prove that this is possible.
