I've done it. I made the decision to start the journey of learning complex math. This year I hit $500,000 in savings all from sales but I understand nothing about math and science. Makes me feel insecure and un deserving knowing I'm not 'smart' from a textbook perspective.

Can anyone suggest the best way to learn math from the very basics to the most advanced levels? I plan on studying math for the next 4 years

Tbh I can see why progress in math is so slow when undergrad is oriented *toward* weeding/filtering people (i.e. getting people not to do math) and so strongly oriented toward teaching method rather than proof and application.
And when high school is oriented toward teaching the top or bottom couple of students in a class, or the teacher simply checking out, with no attempt to make the subject meaningful to students.
Our teachers and our professors have failed.
