Your use of profanity to express disdain of my words seem to indicate underlying insecurity. An embarrasing childhood experience, perhaps? The pound of flesh against a fatty buttock, the throaty moans of your Uncle Roy. If you weren't such a homo habilis I might have felt sorry for you.

I'm in college and taking a class called genetics. And I've been given MORE than sufficient proof that evolution exists.

So my question is... why does Christianity so adamantly say evolution does not exist when there is so much proof supporting it, AND when evolution occurs right in front of us, and can be observed in a laboratory?

I've asked other Christians this same question, yet their only argument against evolution is "The bible says so" and "Were you there to observe evolution?".

But at the same time I want to ask them the same thing. Were they there during genesis? and Where is there proof that what the bible says actually happened?

Moreover, if you take a sample of bacteria and grow it in the lab while applying physical pressures, you can see how the bacteria evolve after a period of time and after many generations.

They can even match human chromosomes up with other primate chromosomes! Robertsonian translocation even explains how humans evolved from primates, and if you read this article you can even see that evolution has occurred in the lab in fruit flies so that two strains of the same species (one raised in the lab and one raised in the wild) can no longer reproduce with one another.

So my question to you is, although there is so much proof and evidence supporting evolution, how can you deny it just by saying "the bible says so"?
