So I was nonchalantly reading my University Physics with Modern Physics (12th Edition) textbook during a long car ride today, and I have a question.

Can particles with 0 rest mass travel faster than the speed of light? I mean, photons ARE light so it wouldn't make sense for them to travel faster than...themselves.

But other particles with no mass, is it possible? I don't mean "can we make them do it soon", I mean "do our mathematical models allow for certain particles to travel faster than light?"
