Which specific corticosteroids and antibiotics, if any, do you use (ignoring allergy considerations, etc.)? And what, specifically, are you having to do to maintain vitals?
Do you administer any other drugs, or are there and dietary changes?
Can you provide numerical data on the no. patients and their symptoms?
Lastly, are you in a position to prescribe supplementary vitamin C to a statistically significant no. of patients and monitor how this effects their morbidity and recoveries? I only ask because there was an interesting thread yesterday evidencing its effectiveness.
