Need to deodorize fridge. Will mixing vinegar and salt in a spraybottle help much? Google says to use either/both of those.

I saw something a while ago on YT of some guy wrapping wires around each side of a horseshoe magnet and somehow storing charge in it, then lighting a bulb with it and stuff.

No idea wtf was going on but could someone explain it please?

Hey /sci/ I just had some questions about Internships that I hope you guys might have some information on.

My Science Faculty has been able to obtain an 8 month paid internship in England starting next September and it is open to any current Undergrad in Chemistry and Medicinal Chemistry (of which I am in). A lecturer passed this message on to us during a a lecture and said he'd be able to help us out with our CV and application letters and keeping us up to date on when the interview sections roll around.

I am going to apply for it as I really feel like it would be a great experience to get a deeper insight into what I hope to follow as a career. But the thing is I have never done any summer research or held a summer job (due to a recurring problem which has now started to reoccur again). So I don't really know what an internship actually entails (It's for a healthcare manufacturing company), could any of you tell me about what experiences you've had and what was expected of you etc?

So I have the chance to go back to school, what sort of jobs could I find in the science area, /sci/?
