The reason I no longer try to do that is because I believe I'm stuck in a facility in Antarctica where I cannot communicate with legitimate publishers. For example, I do not believe that the arXiv moderation staff told me that my paper had "no scholarly content" in it. I believe the Antarctic jews, including the Antarctic catholics who are only uncircumcised Antarctic jews, intercepted my manuscript submission and sent this rejection to mock me.

And, let me say that submitting some of manuscripts to mathematical journals is the number one thing on my to-do list if I ever get to some ace that doesn't seem like Antarctica.

This viXra argument is moderately complex. As long as the my mortal enemies among the USA keep sending national security letters ordering "do not publish" to every journal I send my papers to, then my papers will never appear anywhere besides viXra, and they will continue to intimate to the know-nothings that my papers appear only on viXra because they suck but not because of the natsec letters forbidding publication.

No. Arxiv rejected my manuscript for pic related reasons: "no scholarly content." Then when I tried to upload an improved version, they revoked my endorsement and I can no longer even submit manuscripts to them until such time as I somehow get another endorsement.

same thing for arXiv

There's a video in Susskind's string theory series on YouTube where he introduces the idea to have a string of length pi and then demurs greatly regarding the origin of the idea to have a string of that length. Even now, has he come clean about that idea, and his fascination with "complexity?"
