For a few years now, I've had a crappy knee, it has severely affected my shape.
I ran a bit this afternoon, and I didn't feel any pain in my knee. I can usually always feel SOME pain when running, or climbing stairs, or sitting up. But not today. The only unusual thing about today is that I took 140mg of ritalin. Can it have ANYTHING to do with that? Or am I just having a really good day?

And /lit/ isn't such a bad place. it has a few rotten eggs, but it's easily one of the best boards.
