Once you remove a couple of bad teeth (usually upper 6ths) instead of constantly trying to them, you'll have enough of whatever to keep the rest of them healthy. Metallic helmets upon teeth are plain retarded, tooth beneath it will always rot and smell like hell.
Tooth paste is poison, you can avoid using it completely since you begin flossing after you eat some flesh.
Dental floss is also a waste of money, since you can floss with a ribbon of plastic film (not only it's less expansive, it also gets slimmer when stretched, which allows it to go where regular film cannot)
