A lot of people on this board are Math, Physics, or Chemistry majors. They are all aware that Engineers make a lot more money them and are resentful of this fact. It also has a lot to do with engineers getting way more women than them.

Mechanical usually seems to be the best choice for the undecided. It's broad and you can go on to get your masters in a few other engineering fields.

For instance, I plan on finishing my B.S. in ME and then going for my M.S. in aerospace.

I would take a few basic engineering classes if I were you to get a feel for what each will entail and then make your decision your sophomore or junior year.
