The basic principle of a reactionless thruster is that a constant electrical power is delivered (P_d) for a constant thrust (one greater than given from a photon drive) (F). This means that a wheel-like device with a radius R can be made where reactionless drives are placed so that their thrust is tangential to the circumference (this example contains two). Rotational power can be extracted from this in the form of P_r = F*R*w. However since the thrust is constant, this means that the angular acceleration is constant too. This makes the wheel spin faster and faster (increasing w) which increases P_r, but since P_d is constant there will be an angular velocity where P_r would be greater than P_d. This would make the device generate more power than what is supplied to it. Attach a driveshaft to the center of the wheel, attach the driveshaft to an electric generator, split off part of the electricity generated by this generator to feed into the reactionless drives, and you have a device that can now generate electricity from effectively nothing.
