Is time travel to either the past or the future possible?

Hiya /sci/

I've always had a lifelong interest in science, especially biology. I've read books on science by various authors, like Sagan and Dawkins. But here's the thing; I'm taking a future career in TV Broadcasting. Does that make me any less intelligent in your eyes? The science classes in my school were shit and bored me, and I was frankly terrible at chemistry. Besides, working in the TV industry was always a dream career for me.

>Why would you apply for anything but that which would push you to your limits?
Because you need a diploma to even have a chance at job in the current economic atmosphere? It doesn't matter what kind of diploma

I'm a polymath (meaning I suck at everything equally) and my physics is 10 times better than my biology, but the physics program is expensive and has few job prospects in my area
So I chose bio

if we cant travel faster than light, is it possible to make the speed of light go faster? that way we can go faster than it was, then turn back the speed so its back to normal but we are still going faster than it?

Hey, /sci/.

Sorry if this isn't a good place to ask this, and I know I'm going to catch some flak, but, here's the deal; I was a dumbshit, and dropped out of highschool. I eventually realized my mistake, so now I'm going back and doing these adult education classes and whatnot. So that's that.

Now, one concept that I cannot seem to grasp for the life of me is that of the mole (as it relates to chemistry, that is). I mean, call it a short attention span or what, but I just can't seem to understand moles, molar mass, and all of that stuff.

If this isn't the right board to ask this, than I apologize, and I'll delete the thread. But if anyone could explain the whole idea to me in layman's terms, then I'd really appreciate it.

Everyone on this board doesn't know their science and so instituted a "no homework policy" just so instead of being called out for the dumbass you are, you can refute an honest man's question with HURR DURR NO HOMEWORK THREADS
