How far could we go, how far can sapience get? Could we colonize our local supercluster Laniakea in its entirety or maybe even colonize other superclusters? What would we do with all that matter/energy? Try to survive as long as possible?

Brainlets. You don't design your entirely civilisation to be invisible to a bunch of primitives. You build a zoo and build a fake wall around them to let them think they lived in nature, that the universe is virgin and untouched when it reality all the stars are dyson spheres by now and all planets of the galaxy have been strip mined into dust.
