Consider a room with 366 random people. Is there a 100% chance that at least 2 people there have the same birthday? No. There is a very very small chance that all people in that room have different birthdays, since there are 366 different possibilities (I'm counting February 29th). Only when we have more than 366 people. will there be a guarantee same-day birthday.
