Here it is being sunk, the struts are to keep it high enough off the bottom that he can swim in through the hatch underneath. Not seen; the pre-sunk concrete ballast.

He's attracted a lot of sponsors since then and his second habitat (in which he lived in the Legoland Germany aquarium for two weeks) was of considerably higher quality.
