As far as i can tell, it is our hormones and neurotransmitters that dictate how this electricity courses through our body. Over time, the electricity becomes cemented in certain patterns. This pattern is what basically becomes our personality. It is also what can be discerned to be mental illness. An example is the emotional loop mentally ill people get stuck in and struggle to break free from. How do you put an end to the pattern electricity has created inside of yourself? This is why socializing is vital. This is what creates healthy electrical patterns in the body. Unless you're some sort of miserable sack of fucking shit where no fucking pattern is desirable. It has taken a miracle for me to be stable for stability has just been way moar uncomfortable than instability for me. I feel it will be another 20 fucking years before i can make sense of this life.
