Yes but Bezos has the Democratic establishment on his side. Musk has offended the left and now is going to pay the price. Amazon already won one battle in hobbling SpaceX's Starlink by denying them orbital slots and radio frequencies that are now reserved for Amazon Kuiper, a competing system that won't launch for at least six years (so really ten or more years). But Bezos has friends in the government with the new administration. Musk spoke out against covid restrictions and against California in general. He's toast. Musk needs Starlink as a source of cashflow to keep SpaceX going.
