What would happen if I ate pure sodium? Imagine the amount ingested would be 3g^3.

I'm a complete idiot. I'm even too much of an idiot to explain what I want to explain. I cannot think logically. I can;t think of an example but there are tons of situations at work when I am doing something the hardest way and I don't even realize till a co-worker points it out and shows me the easier way. This happens every day

Is there any hope for me? Can I change?

All this DVT neckbeard death in the news scared the shit out of me... I heard he died after 12 hours of computer use a day, my question is ... is this a problem only if you don't take breaks?

I use the computer 14 hours a day. I get up every 45 min on average and pace around my room/office for 5-10 minuets.

I also go for a 40 min walk 5 days a week at a moderate pace.

I used to fap, play MMORPGS and be a cat ass that didn't get up other than to piss or eat but I don't do that anymore.

I use the computer constantly but get up every 45min for a short break.

Is this all that is needed to prevent it or is the lifestyle itself what kills?

tl;dr

does it matter if get up every 45min to prevent DVT or should I just limit PC use and go... outside.

>. It is worth noting that the two different values given for the frequency of the Wow! signal (1420.356 MHz and 1420.4556 MHz) are the same distance apart to the hydrogen line - the first being about 0.0498 MHz less than the hydrogen line, and the second being about 0.0498 MHz more than the hydrogen line. The bandwidth of the signal is less than 10 kHz (each column on the printout corresponds to a 10 kHz-wide channel; the signal is only present in one column).
